This dish is called Paella. It's supposed to be the most distinctive dish of Spain. It originates from Valencia and is made with saffron and rice. The original dish is served with rabbit meat, but to cater it to international tastebuds, they gave us the seafood version. For you to have an idea of how large the pan is, you can see that it takes at least 4 people to surround the pan completely.
This big pan actually serves up to 40 people, and after everyone has had their fair share(plus second servings here and there), there is still some rice left in the pan.
